Extra terms for Fleet, where Hookloop automates posting from Mac hosts and iPhones you own.

1. Your devices, your accounts
You supply and control the Mac hosts, phones, network connections and VPN or proxy services. You own or are authorised to operate every social account you connect, and you choose which accounts post what.
2. Platform risk
Social platforms can limit, shadowban, suspend or delete accounts, including for automated activity, and may change their apps at any time, which can break posting. Hookloop reduces risk with posting windows, caps, pacing, variations and health checks, but cannot prevent enforcement. You accept that risk, and Hookloop is not liable for account restrictions, lost followers or lost reach.
3. Rules you follow
Follow each platform’s terms and community guidelines, label sponsored or AI-generated content where required, and never use Fleet to impersonate people, run fake engagement, or evade a ban.
4. What runs on your devices
The Hookloop device agent and companion app control the phones only to perform the jobs you schedule, take screenshots when a job fails, and report results. Keep the agent up to date; we may stop supporting old versions.
5. Security
Protect the host and phones physically and with device passcodes. Revoke a host from the dashboard if it is lost; its token stops working immediately.
6. Availability
Fleet depends on your hardware, power, network and third-party apps, so there is no uptime commitment for posting. Failed jobs are retried or reported, never silently dropped.
